Welcome to Aussie RideShare! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including on-demand taxi booking, pre-booked rides, corporate accounts, accessible transport solutions, airport transfers, and parcel delivery via ride-share. By accessing and using our online platform or any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Aussie RideShare," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the company Aussie RideShare, providing transportation and logistics services.
- "Service" refers to any and all services provided by Aussie RideShare, including but not limited to ride-sharing, taxi booking, parcel delivery, and related online platform functionalities.
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity using our Service.
- "Driver" refers to an independent contractor or employee providing transportation services through our platform.
- "Platform" refers to our website, mobile applications, and any other online interfaces through which our services are offered.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. 3. Service Usage

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Booking Rides: Our Service allows you to book rides, either on-demand or pre-scheduled. While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee the availability of rides at all times, nor do we guarantee the exact timing of pick-ups or drop-offs, which may be subject to traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Parcel Delivery: For parcel delivery services, you warrant that any items sent are not illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by Australian law. Aussie RideShare reserves the right to refuse transport of any item at its discretion.
- User Conduct: You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Respectful and safe conduct is expected towards Drivers and other users.
4. Payments and Fees
- Pricing: Fares for rides and delivery services are calculated based on various factors, including distance, time, demand, and service type. You will be informed of the estimated fare before confirming your booking.
- Payment Method: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods made available through our Platform. You agree to ensure that sufficient funds are available for payment.
- Cancellations: Cancellation policies and associated fees will be clearly outlined on our Platform. You agree to abide by these cancellation policies.
- Corporate Accounts: Specific billing and payment terms will apply for corporate accounts, as detailed in the separate corporate agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aussie RideShare or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our Service without our explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aussie RideShare does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aussie RideShare, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aussie RideShare and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
